MOADAY Terms of Use
MOADAY is a project-first schedule planner provided by linqen. You must accept these terms and the Community Guidelines before accessing collaborative features or creating shared content.
Use of the app
You may use MOADAY for lawful personal and professional planning. You are responsible for the information you enter and share.
Accounts and synchronization
MOADAY uses Google Sign-In and Firebase to synchronize project data. A dedicated email credential may also be used solely for Google Play app review. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the content created through your account.
Collaboration
Project members can view and change shared events. Invitation codes expire after seven days and may be used by anyone who receives a still-valid code, so share them only with intended participants. Actions taken by another project member may affect the shared workspace.
When a member reports another account and chooses to block it, a reporting project owner removes the reported member; a reporting non-owner leaves the affected project. The block is recorded between the two accounts and may also prevent later invitation-based joins involving that account pair, including joins outside the project where the report was submitted.
Analytics
MOADAY does not display in-app advertising. Optional usage analytics helps us understand general feature use and the effectiveness of MOADAY's external promotion. Analytics can be turned off from Profile.
Account deletion
You can delete your MOADAY account from Profile. Projects you own, their current events, memberships, and invitations are removed from the cloud for every member. Events you created in other projects and every invitation you created are also deleted before your remaining memberships are removed. Safety reports, related moderation evidence, and limited block or security records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. The separate account deletion page explains cloud and on-device deletion limits.
Availability
The app is provided as available. Features may change, and synchronization can be delayed or interrupted by network or platform conditions.
Acceptable use
Do not use MOADAY to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, harass or threaten others, promote hatred or discrimination, share sexual exploitation or child-endangerment material, facilitate violence or dangerous conduct, distribute malware or spam, deceive users, expose personal information without permission, or interfere with the app or platform.
Reporting, blocking, and enforcement
Members can report objectionable project or event content from inside the app. A member may also block the reported account. If the reporter owns the project, the reported member is removed; otherwise, the reporter leaves the project. Reports may include the reporter, project, reported content or account, reason, optional details, and whether blocking was requested. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or contact appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with law.
We review safety reports in context and aim to act consistently with these terms, the Community Guidelines, and applicable law. Knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves result in action.
Policy acceptance
MOADAY records the Community Guidelines version and the time an account accepts it. The current in-app acceptance version is 2026-07-16. A later material policy update may require renewed acceptance.
Age requirement
MOADAY is intended only for users aged 18 or older.
