Delete your MOADAY account

MOADAY is provided by linqen. You can delete your account directly in the Android app or web app, or request help by email.

Delete inside MOADAY

1. Sign in to MOADAY with the Google account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile.
3. Tap Delete MOADAY account, authenticate again, and confirm.

MOADAY removes your Firebase Authentication account, profile, Community Guidelines acceptance record, membership records, outgoing blocks, all invitations you created, and projects you own together with their current events, memberships, and invitation records. Events you created in projects owned by other people are also deleted before you are removed from those projects.

You can delete an individual event or an entire project you own without deleting your account. Deleting an owned project removes that project, its current events, memberships, and invitation records for every member. Project deletion does not automatically delete safety reports or block records that refer to it.

Request deletion by email

If Android is unavailable, sign in at moaday.site and use the same Profile deletion flow. If you cannot sign in, email contact@linqen.co.kr from the Google email address used for MOADAY. Write MOADAY account deletion in the subject. Never send a password or invite code. We may ask you to verify account ownership and will handle a verified request within the period required by applicable law.

What may remain

Safety reports and block records are retained for up to 24 months after submission or creation and deleted no later than the next monthly retention sweep. Your outgoing blocks are deleted earlier with your account. Information subject to a legal preservation duty or an active dispute may be separated and retained only for that purpose and period.

On-device data

After a successful in-app deletion, MOADAY removes its locally stored legacy project and migration data, analytics choice, and the deleted account's local Guidelines acceptance marker. The app schedules its Firebase offline cache to be cleared on the next app start. Limited Android, service-provider backup, or diagnostic copies may remain until overwritten, app storage is cleared, or an applicable retention period expires.

Email requests and our replies may be retained for up to 12 months to document that the request was completed. Limited security, fraud-prevention, or backup records may also remain for the period required by our service providers or applicable law.
